There's so much good potential for this app and banking but after some issues with my security i have had continuous issues where the app stops working and locks me out then o have to go through multiple reinstalls to get it working only for the same thing to happen a week or two later. I have emailed support many times but never get a response back from them and its super frustrating.

Always having problems transferring to Brazil. Repeatedly providing documents as requested but Always delays..... and on several occasions I've decided to cancel transfers. Totally inconsistent function and the support service has staff always changing then subsequently trying to understand the help ticket and mire time lost. I will definitely close this account. It's not worth the headaches. In reply to Revolut I've been using the support/help desk within your app with no resolution. Thanks.
