I chose a trial account and when I wanted to downgrade it to standard they charge a cancellation fee of 20 euros. It should have been visibly written somewhere in advance, plus this sounds like a scam. Imagine being charged for using something you were given as a sample. This is the worst you can do to a possible client, in my opinion. If I could I would give 0 stars.

One of the worst verification processes I have seen on my life. They just depend on an automated process to work just fine without any manual verification. App login and ID verification work like s**t. So if you manage to sign in, don't you ever log out, because your pass code apparently will be forgotten, and the app will say you put it wrong when you have not. The support chat is not helpful at all, they just tell you to create a new account! Unbelievable.

It’s secure, easy to use, and incredibly efficient and the customer support is always responsive. All my banking needs are met with a few taps, and I’ve never had any issues. 5 stars all the way.
