It's getting worse and worse. I was really happy with it before, but I've lost my phone twice in 7 months, it's too complicated to get back the access. Do your best to get a high street bank account. Make sure your main bank account is a high street bank. Online bank accounts just as an extra. The face to face human customer service has room for understanding and resolving the issue you have, they can understand it's not one size fits all. Edit: transfers and payments used tobe free.Not anymore.

The Revolut app has completely stopped working for me since updating to a new >4 digit passcode. Actually, as it crashed in the process of changing it, I'm not even sure it has been accepted. I haven't been able to open the app since - it keeps crashing when trying to open it. Tried usual clear cache, restarting phone, etc. Revolut customer help is not useful at all!
