The UX is very bad. Not good for financial app. You don't provide personal help (only FAQ), but when it concerns money, this is important. -->Continue I would like to thank you for your reply but, since I indeed need personal assistance, I looked up once again in the app but there is no such menu. If you want I can send you some screenshots. I also tried or it using in-app search but by clicking the results which include the word help, just takes you back to the previous screen.

Super user friendly app, easy for buying buying stocks and crypto. Doesn't offer APY for joint account, so a common deposit account doesn't make sense. Some contactless payments have failed; needs to be inserted into the card slot. Bad experience with a fraudulent claim; it was denied without much interrogation, whereas PayPal would've easily reversed the cost. Has room for improvement

Every banking app wants to be revolut...but why? Menus, options and every screen seems to have different ux mentality. Its so hard to find an option, everything is scattered around. And then...it crashes and goes into infinite loop of displayng the same screen over and over again. And last but not least.....no i dont receive your sms, have to ask like 10 times to receive one. In sort poorly written and overcomplicated
