Ratings and reviews

Communication with user to be improved. Closing account requires 2 days wait for transactions to clear. It is not communicated anywhere, and cost me an hour of intense communication with support technician. AI support is useless, waste of time, ask it to go straight to human support to avoid "answers" like "please update to latest version".

EDIT: Now, after over 5 years, I'm still happy with my accounts functionality 😊 Using them for everyday spendings, intercurrency transfers - all working well. Throughout all this time I had just 1-2 transfer issues (some general system problems). Not bad overall 🙃 Living abroad, spending and sending transfers with 2 currencies - FAST & RELIABLE - after 6 months i'm still happy with this app. I did not experience any problems so far, always works fine. I want it to keep working this way 🙂

Cannot create an account, got stuck at ID verification, to be more exact, taking the picture. Every time it's taken, I get a message "looks like you took too long" (even though it didn't take long, literally 2-3 seconds of waiting, then a green tick appears, and immediately after this weird message) and I have to start all over again. Reinstalling the app didn't help.
