Ratings and reviews

Having some issues with the display of accounts. If I reorder them in the pinned/starred section it is not saved when reopening the app. Also in my joint account the toggle for payments to be made subscriptions does not work. I mean they are made into subs but the toggle itself does not toggle. Also I cannot hide transactions in the joint account, does not work.

Edit: Your authentication software is insanity. I have tried 2 types of id's, nothing works. The authenticatin is still failing. There is no chance to contact the support without authentication, but exatly this is preventing me to contact the support. After failed authentication if i click "chat with us" i am receiving a blank screen with no option to do anything. Identity verification is not possible for romanian citizens. Verry disturbing. If you want to transfer money fast do not use it!

They have the worst possible customer support. There is no phone number to call. They blocked my money while trying to do a transaction and after answered a questionaire. I still couldn't continue my transaction. I cancelled the transaction to try again, after cancelling they blocked my money until i give a reason/feedback but the app doesn't let me give a feedback. So now my money is stuck while app doesn't work. Too bad, truly a bad experience. No customer support.
