Round Rock Rides is the City of Round Rock’s new on-demand rideshare service, offering low-cost trips to a convenient location within blocks of your destination or to connect you with the City’s fixed route bus service. Once you book a ride, you’ll receive a time of arrival and your pickup location. This app can also be used for registered paratransit customers to request curb-to-curb service. Please note this rideshare service is only available in a prescribed zone within Round Rock city limits at this time. I'm backing up my mother's review. The amount of panic attacks over rides that haven't shown or been so late (20+ minutes) has been detrimental to her well being. This looks like a great service on paper BUT it isn't. Customer service cannot get reached, so noone can follow up with complaints. Drivers have put her in danger with their driving, she cannot be one minute late or the ride leaves. What about their consistency of tardiness? The ENTIRE service needs a detailed examination and overhaul.

The first week was okay. But they have a one minute wait policy and they don't refund your money. You have to walk to a different pickup location and then for drop off it's the same thing you have to walk to there. Save your money. If you have another option I would say you're better off.

This gets a two due to the handful of drivers that are lovely.This has been my mode of transportation for almost a year.The amount of times I have been stuck,had to walk to several miles and cancel appts is ridiculous.Rides don't show,are late on pick up and drop off.One driver sits and nvr shows cuz he wants you to xcl.If you are ONE minute late, they drive off, yet they r constantly late or don't show.Complaint Dept is unreachable and has nvr returnes an email.No one keeps the drivers in check
