drivers have been really nice the couple of times I used it! great experience I wish there was a firm pet policy. I sometimes need transport to vet appointments with carriers, but I was told that the policy is just asking the driver if they're okay with pets when they arrive, which is risky since they could say no and I would be late to the appointment. that's the only thing holding me back from using this service more.

App gave estimate that ride would only be 9 minutes away with vehicle location showing up on the app to match. Booked, waited 15 minutes and still stuck at assigning driver. Other apps will have vehicle there in less time than I waited in vain for a driver to be assigned.

horrible they always late on the phone can't speak english smell funny like why my driver always got to be Somali like this is America 🇺🇸 I like to see a white a black driver sometimes p. s t plus a little better they have them zoo people to but they be on time⌚ 🤷🏽‍♂️😁
