About this app

The Downtown Area Shared Hubs (DASH) program is an on-demand, hub-based ridesharing service that makes it easier for people to get around Tampa's Downtown. With multiple pick-up/drop-off (hubs), DASH is helping users make transit connections, rethink their commutes, and enjoy everything Downtown has to offer.

How it works:
-Request a ride on your phone, entering where you are and where you want to go.
-Through the app, you'll be directed to your nearest pickup point (hub)
-One of our trained Driver Ambassadors will pick you up and you'll be taken to the hub closest to your final destination.

What to expect:
- Our drivers are not only great at navigating Downtown, but are also trained ambassadors. They can tell you about the latest events, restaurant recommendations, or new things to do Downtown.
- DASH is a hub-to-hub system, meaning we don't pick up or drop off at the door; we do this to ensure affordability, efficiency and because there are already services that offer this.
- Rides may be shared, sometime you may be going to the same hub as someone else. Don't worry you'll always have your own seat and personal space.
