Ride Jaunt is the new way to book rides in Central Virginia!

With just a few taps, book a ride in the app and our technology will pair you with others traveling in the same direction.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Book a ride by entering your pickup and dropoff locations and indicating if you’re traveling with any additional passengers.
• After booking, you’ll receive an estimated pickup time. Your driver’s arrival time will automatically update as the vehicle approaches.
• When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle.
• You may share the ride with others traveling nearby, and the vehicle may make additional stops along the way. You can track your ride and share trip updates in real time through the app.

SHARING YOUR TRIP:
Our technology matches riders heading in the same direction. This allows you to enjoy the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency of a shared public service.

RELIABLE:
Track your ride as the driver is on the way and follow your trip in real time while you’re on board.

ACCESSIBLE:
The Ride Jaunt app allows riders to indicate their mobility needs when booking a trip. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available, and you can specify mobility aids or other accessibility needs directly in the app to help ensure the right vehicle is assigned.
