Extremely disappointed with AJIO! I ordered 2 kurtas worth ₹1,700, but received wrong and cheap products that look like they cost ₹50. There is no option for return or refund on the app, and no proper support. This is unacceptable. I need a resolution ASAP—either a pickup and full refund or the correct products delivered. I called and spoke twice and emailed multiple times. still my issue is not addressed.

The service is very very poor .I would not even want to rate this app..not able to reach to the customer support .they don't even get back to you after writing mails. I had to return a product but everytime I click on need help link it gives me an error..not at all reliable app, they cancel the product without notifying the customer

I am getting "Oh no! An unexpected error happened" notification when I open the app. And app showing no products or offers on screen. When I search the product then products are showing and I even ordered a product. But on idle screen when I open the app everytime that notification is displayed and the whole app is blank. It's really annoying. I have good internet connection.
