Ratings and reviews

Bad experience. The app offers a 7-day trial period; however, I was charged for a full 3-month subscription immediately upon signing up for the trial. I contacted customer support, but they kept asking for different email addresses and credit card details without providing a resolution or refund. They told me to manage the subscription via the Play Store (how to cancel the subscription), but since I have already been charged, this advice is unhelpful.

The Ux in the app makes you believe that you can try it before paying, but that's not the case. As soon as you try to start a listening session, you're prompted to pay what feels like a VERY high price for recorded audio. There's absolutely no way to try the app's content before buying. The UI is pretty and the app seems to flow quite well, good job on that.

SCAM - AVOID. Paid for one month, got two days in (first was the introduction, so only one actual 'session') and the app stopped recognising me as a paid member, refusing to open access to more content until i paid again. Multiple emails to the company have been ignored, so i assume they have no interest in fixing the issue or making good, hence AVOID.
