Continually receive random error messages. It doesn’t correctly list all my prescriptions filled by RA, only the 1 or 2 not picked up, or possibly most recent 1 or 2, so it is almost useless. After logging in via fingerprint recently, I received a message saying I needed to re-enter my password. Then, it wouldn't accept the password, so I had to reset it. I can select to have a script delivered, but will still be notified twice more that it's ready for pickup. This is a lousy app.

This is pretty useless: even though you can select "my store", you can't use the app to check availability and price of an item at that location (or to locate where the item is in the store). It gives an online price, which is considerably lower than the in-store price (something of a bait and switch). It adds nothing to the convenience level of shopping at Rite Aid (although I haven't used it for prescription refills, so I can't comment on that feature).

Lowe Quay Shush
This is hands down the worst app I have ever had the unfortunate waste of my life I'll never get back. Too many problems to even list. It would take two books. To sum it up. I called Customer Support about the latest problem (no way to find what stores I can 'pick up' online purchases as mine no longer shows and there is no list of those that do. The Customer Support person broke out her cell and tried to find the answer. Nope she was stumped too!
