Rogers blocked a refund. My bill is due very soon. App is giving me a "Missing or wrong data of the field" every time I attempt to send a message to initiate a chargeback or investigation. I am out of country so calling is not feasible. if you want sky high anxiety, use this app. Moving forward I will be looking to moving my phone, internet, cable, and credit card needs to a more reliable company.

terrible UI update - everything is harder to find now. it used to be easy to switch over to transaction history & balance, but now those are separate pages for some unknown reason. Also, the most important info I need to know is my balance, but instead I see rewards as highlighted top-level. it's like they're trying to confuse you with all numbers scattered throughout the landing page

OMG! Again?!? I've never seen such a temperamental app as this one. Sometimes it works for a few days, but then, a mere 4 hours after the last login it starts acting weird all over again: saved username missing, fingerprint login button enabled but not responding, "Account locked" message when it finally asks you for a fingerprint, and the "Remember me" toggle preventing logins when turned on. What gives?!? And there hasn't even been an app update in between such episodes, so it's not normal 😡
