Ratings and reviews

I was pulled over by a state police for random inspection and was cited for using Rollingtrans ELD device. He said Rollingtrans is on the watch list for non-compliance, in another word might be revoked to use. Made a couple call around the fellow drivers and found out few other drivers experienced same just recently. I called Rollingtrans many times for fact check, but no response as of today. They charges $300 yearly and no adequate customer service. Scammers!!!

Post trip inspections are required per 49 CFR 396.11. Why can I only do pretrip?
