Ratings and reviews

Keeps asking for KYC update at every login, once the "Continue" button is pressed, it says system error in red and then the page keeps loading forever. Tried to uninstall and install the app, it's still doing the same, please fix it, this error is making the app unusable, can't press on anything after logging in. Thanks.

Extremely frustrating experience. Customer support is almost unreachable, calls go unanswered, and issues are not resolved on time. A bank cannot function like this. Trust and support are basic requirements, and this app fails in that area. Ajmnan

it's really really very nice easy and very helpful I am very happy to part of Ruya Family،،Send Money to PAKISTAN very low rates for sending money and then deducts a ten dirham fee from the account. This is not right. The ten dirham fee should be abolished. Other banks and currency exchanges do not charge fees.
