■ Quantify results with heart rate
The app automatically measures your heart rate before and after each session and shows the result as a score. Instead of ending with “that felt nice,” you can see in numbers how much your heart rate settled, making it easier to stay motivated.
After each session, you receive a score (up to 150) plus feedback such as “Excellent” or “Very Good.” Every record is saved to your history so you can track daily changes over time.
