Ratings and reviews

It was utterly frustrating when I tried to activate my Visa Card as it has taken almost 6 attempts, and each time, the automatic recorded call asks me to press 1 to activate the card, then it informs that it's active, but on the app the card status always shows inactive. After a month or so, when tried again, suddenly, it worked !!! Another thing, until now, I can't update my info as after filling all the required fields, it returns an error message that there is a technical issue. BR,

Unfortunately, the app cannot be used after the latest update. I have already deleted and reinstalled it, but the issue still persists. The app closes suddenly while performing tasks, making it impossible to use at all. This happens repeatedly and prevents any work from being completed. note: it's also on PC not only phone 📱

App won’t open account, shows confusing errors, 1st national id not seen even its registered, later no clear mesage of error for why it cant open online account . To make it worst bank staff have no solution even after repeated follow ups for more then a weeks time now. —needs urgent fix and proper support!
