It was utterly frustrating when I tried to activate my Visa Card as it has taken almost 6 attempts, and each time, the automatic recorded call asks me to press 1 to activate the card, then it informs that it's active, but on the app the card status always shows inactive. After a month or so, when tried again, suddenly, it worked !!! Another thing, until now, I can't update my info as after filling all the required fields, it returns an error message that there is a technical issue. BR,

I've been using sab(sabb) for couple of years and this is the worst experience I ever had... I can't log in and I can't use mada... always decline and when I tried to log in aways failed to retrieve. kindly fix the issues and improve your banking services. can't even talk to the costumer service . I called many many times ad no one answered to address the issue and fix it... I'm thinking to switch to alraji bank...

Pathetic customer service. Got a fraud on credit card, called the customer service, blocked the card, told me to get new card and raise dispute on app (with no proper complaint option in app) Went to branch, after 1.5h wait they are telling me software to print replacement card is not working, come later. For the complaint, the operations manager is telling me "you shouldn't use card like this, there is fraud everywhere now in the world, use prepaid card instead" 🤦🏻‍♂️ Gotta get alternative!
