It was utterly frustrating when I tried to activate my Visa Card as it has taken almost 6 attempts, and each time, the automatic recorded call asks me to press 1 to activate the card, then it informs that it's active, but on the app the card status always shows inactive. After a month or so, when tried again, suddenly, it worked !!! Another thing, until now, I can't update my info as after filling all the required fields, it returns an error message that there is a technical issue. BR,

Unusable After Latest Update - Needs Hotfix ASAP Body: The app has become completely unusable following the most recent update. I cannot open it; it either closes immediately or gets stuck on the loading screen. It seems this issue is directly related to the new version, as friends who chose not to update are still able to use the app normally. I have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. Developers, please release a hotfix update immediately to resolve thi

Recent App update has messed up all the icons and text descriptions. Lots of bugs still outstanding. Complaints case gets closed within a day. Cannot generate login key if select fingerprint login. Can you'll not ask HSBC for help? They have it all done perfectly
