Ratings and reviews

It was utterly frustrating when I tried to activate my Visa Card as it has taken almost 6 attempts, and each time, the automatic recorded call asks me to press 1 to activate the card, then it informs that it's active, but on the app the card status always shows inactive. After a month or so, when tried again, suddenly, it worked !!! Another thing, until now, I can't update my info as after filling all the required fields, it returns an error message that there is a technical issue. BR,

The app does not open. Only a blank white screen appears. I uninstall and reinstall, still not opening. I have registered on a new device, since 1 month, the problem has been going on. Please fix the issue ASAP. I have been using the app for 3 years. This never happened, but now the app is not working.

I sent money to Pakistan for the first time today using this app, but it wasn't fun because when you select Rial and send, the country exchange rate is not shown. Please improve this further. Work more on this app. The exchange rate should be included with the currency rate and the total amount of money sent to Pakistan. It would be great if it was included. Tanks u
