Don't waste your time downloading! This app does nothing but take up data and memory on your device. The only thing I was able to do successfully was enter the user info and serial number of the product. None of the links work, nor any of the features such as "warm up" for tuning the earbuds. Everything you select either freezes or crashes the app. I sent an email about the glitches. I never got a response. I deleted the app.

Only compatible with devices 2018 and newer. Extremely disappointing that there is no app to control speakers that are only slightly older than the most current models. Are they going to abandon app functionality on the 2018 and 2019 models in a year or two? Completely ridiculous and terrible support for a company that should be doing better for its customers.

It said I should "warm up" my speaker by playing one of their special files, so I tried it, but it would not play, and as soon as I press the button that is supposed to play it, the app crashes. Not once have I been able to properly "warm up" my speaker, which is what it suggests to do before my first listen, which I have not had yet.
