LOVE SALLY'S! When I want to go back platinum blonde, I go here to buy the toners and other products like shampoo and conditioner to help as well with the color keeping that awful yellow/brassy color away! Also, I bought a straightener from here, and it is one of the best I have purchased in a very long time!!! Also, the price was the best part as well!!! Definitely recommend this store!

App is great! It's easier to switch delivery mode. Some things I think needs refinement are: when you switch from the app to web, I lose where I'm at in the app and have to search again, sometimes the pictures aren't big enough, and the color charts for hair dyes are hard to find.

Very, *very* slow app, it is probably the worst app I use on my phone. The only reason I keep it is because it keeps track of my previous orders so I can go back and re-order the same items I use frequently. It also keeps track of my rewards to use on subsequent orders. Otherwise, it's terrible, slow, glitchy, and lags. I wish the creators would pay attention to these negative reviews and fix the issues.
