Update: after i delete my app data, i was able order again...waiting...canceled again. 1st time: canceled by Samsung say part or all my information for the purchase didn't match. Well it does. My billing address and Samsung address are the same. I tried PayPal, Google Pay, Samsung pay (which worked one time for 15 min), PayPal credit, several credit cards...I think if I go to the website and pay full price...it will magically work. This current experience pushes towards iPhone.

Trying to get a new phone for my Verizon account and continually get this message when selecting the phone number to upgrade. "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I was able to upgrade another number I had recently but it took almost a day of fighting with the app and getting the same message. App is upto date, tried a delete and reinstall too, no luck though.

Difficult Navigation I like the relevancy of the app as far as current deals, however, it was awkward navigating throughout the app. Going from the checkout back to shopping was frustrating because there was no clear path, and retracing steps may not land you on the same item with the same product interactivity making it very difficult to compare pricing even between the same item with a different configuration e.g. a washer with or without an agitator.
