Ratings and reviews

You can only see the previous handful of visits, so you can't even check the whole pay period for missed punches for corrections. Now there's a recent change where the menu to see active visits is hidden under the notification bar of my phone, so I can't click on it at all to punch out. Incredibly frustrating to have a duplicate verification of work (client already signs off on timecards) and then it doesn't even work.

Doesn't work any better then the previous app. Very slow, and I can no longer use the fingerprint scanner to login, with all that its even more time consuming and wasteful. I dont think I've ever wasted so much time with each and every client since starting the "new, better, more helpful app" definitely not more efficent both apps are a waste. 🙄 Glad my company still does paperwork.

My experience with this App has been terrible. Problem logging in and out. Since the beginning of this week, it's been frustrating. l logged in on Monday but could not log out. lt's bringing invalid user name/ password/ coy id despite the fact that they are all correct. l wanted to reset the password, but could not, it was just rolling. Up till today, l could not log in nor log out. l'm just fed up!
