This app does not permanently keep your visitations. Clock in and clock out it keeps them for 2 days. And then it deletes them and you cannot bring them back to refer back to them if needed. This app sucks this whole new system sucks. Not to mention does help Dropbox. Isn't helpful at all? And whenever you call to ask for someone to help you find something or do something with this app. You don't never get to talk to anybody! it sucks!They need to bring back the call in and call out phone number

Doesn't work any better then the previous app. Very slow, and I can no longer use the fingerprint scanner to login, with all that its even more time consuming and wasteful. I dont think I've ever wasted so much time with each and every client since starting the "new, better, more helpful app" definitely not more efficent both apps are a waste. 🙄 Glad my company still does paperwork.

With the old version, when I switched from CNA code to PCP code with clients from the same company, I would setup my password for each code and the password would last 60 days. Now with the New version of the app, I am required to set a new password every 24 hours! This is a major inconvenience. No one from tech support can seem to resolve this issue. I don't like this version of this app.
