HORRIBLE!!! Constant crashes, constantly drops credentials, stalls, doesn't log information though you complete all steps, can't access any other features besides clock in/out. The app is useless, you call support and they're no help, you have to turn a time sheet in to make sure you get paid due to APP FAILURE so what's the point in using the app when it constantly fails and is a financial burden.

It is not hard to use but super inconvenient most of the time. For starters the security protocol is TOO strict. What is the point of logging me out every 2-5 minutes? Second, some scheduled visits don't even appear in the app and I have to manually start one. There are various bugs and other factors in this app that make it not 100% user friendly.

Doesn't work any better then the previous app. Very slow, and I can no longer use the fingerprint scanner to login, with all that its even more time consuming and wasteful. I dont think I've ever wasted so much time with each and every client since starting the "new, better, more helpful app" definitely not more efficent both apps are a waste. 🙄 Glad my company still does paperwork.
