The SBI Bhim app, while functional, has a major flaw: it repeatedly asks whether you are a customer or a merchant every time you open it. This is a significant waste of time and disrupts the user experience. The app urgently needs an option to set this preference by default, eliminating the need for constant confirmation. Such a simple fix would greatly enhance usability and streamline the process. Until then, this repetitive questioning remains a frustrating and unnecessary inconvenience for us

Good reliable app. But I may not use it because there is no sharing of transactions possible via screenshots or any other method. What is the point of a payment app if you can't send details to anyone. PS: still no sharing of transaction receipt is possible after so many updates.

Earlier the app worked fine but now a days the app is unstable.Transactions are taking time ansd most of the time an error message pops up stating There is some technical problem. Same problem of "We cannot process your request due to some technical issues" has again started popping up from last four days I.e. from 14/10/2023. The app is same as sbi employees. Nothing falls into there deaf ears as well as developers ears too...😃
