Ratings and reviews

This is one of the most limited banking apps I've come across. 1. It does not generate transaction receipts. 2. It does not allow screenshots. 3. Hitting the back button means going out of the app. 4. There's no way to dispute a transaction. There are a lot of improvements to be made. My advice, learn from the new microfinance banks (including Opay, Palmpay, Moniepoint, and Kuda). It should be less than 1 star rating, for the app. Hugely disappointing!

The App is good. The procedure is many but gives the maximum security required. The reason for 4 stars is because of inability to generate Transaction Receipt. This creates real reluctance to use it for payments especially school fees where you must send proof of payment. Secondly, transaction alerts come sometimes 3 days after the transactions. This makes it very difficult to track transactions and balances real-time. But for these, I would have given 5 stars rating.

The UI isn't straightforward. I had to spend some time checking where certain features were and the constant request for OTP is just annoying. I think the app should have an in-app chat feature. I believe it would give you a secure link to communicate with your clients. Also, I believe it's possible to have an make a phone call facility on your app that would utilize the internet when client wants to communicate with you. Making network calls kinda defeat the purpose of internet banking.
