Issue has been resolved. but I am still giving a 4 star rating because it's still unnecessarily difficult to regularize your account after opening it with the App. - This was the initial issue - [The app won't just load, keeps coming up with Error #1004. It's very annoying and when you manage to find one of the bank's really few branches, they can't help you! Not even to help you account opening issues!]

I'm withdrawing my money and closing my account all because your app sucks. If a tech person like me finds your app difficult, I wonder what regular users face. Like that's not enough, emails concerning the issue are never replied. Update : don't know if it was this review that made them respond, but I got an email to re-register the app and my issue has been fixed.

Okay I created an account with them via the app,but am unable to log in with the app Infact no logging in details was provided for .I called and called their customer care no one responded,I sent email join still the same. If you're an upcoming bank and trying to beat other big banks at least have a good customer care service that one can reach out to . Now my account is lost i can't log in to the app at all and the painful part I deposited already ,please I want my money back oh
