Ratings and reviews

The UI isn't straightforward. I had to spend some time checking where certain features were and the constant request for OTP is just annoying. I think the app should have an in-app chat feature. I believe it would give you a secure link to communicate with your clients. Also, I believe it's possible to have an make a phone call facility on your app that would utilize the internet when client wants to communicate with you. Making network calls kinda defeat the purpose of internet banking.

Recently, I have been having troubles sending out funds from my accounts to other local accounts. The error message I keep getting is "We are unable to send money to this saved beneficiary. Kindly delete the beneficiary...". I don't even have saved beneficiaries. Sometimes, it take hours or a full day before I get lucky. Kindly look into upgrading the app. Thank you

The app needs serious upgrade. Like been able to download a receipt for transactions. While making a transfer, search option should be available to quickly find the bank instead of scrolling through several bank names to get your preferred bank. Transaction alerts are not sent promptly, in some cases no alert will be sent and me trying to reconcile my account balance is rocket science.
