It crashes and there is absolutely no support available. Have called customer support and they have absolutely no solution or guidance. Now I see so many reviews with a canned answer of filling out some form. I have several banking apps on my phone but this one is the worst that I have ever experienced. Hope someone resolves the issue once for all

Utterly Hopeless. My app stopped working following the bank's roll out of it's new security policy. I've called the bank several times and the best they could suggest was that I try installing on a new phone. I have half a dozen banking apps, yet this is the only one that doesn't work. It was fine until 3 days ago. The bank need to deal with this immediately. I can't even login through a browser as it requires the offline pin from the app.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue. My app stopped working ever since the bank rolled out its new security policy. I contacted the bank multiple times, and the only suggestion they had was to try installing it on another phone. I use several other banking apps without any problems—this is the only one that has completely stopped functioning. It was working perfectly until three days ago. The bank really needs to address this urgently. I can’t even log in through the browser because it asks fo
