It crashes and there is absolutely no support available. Have called customer support and they have absolutely no solution or guidance. Now I see so many reviews with a canned answer of filling out some form. I have several banking apps on my phone but this one is the worst that I have ever experienced. Hope someone resolves the issue once for all

I never managed to work with this app, no matter how much I tried... the system is very slow, it was impossible to make a transfer, etc...and I closed the account ... What kind of system is ?... What kind of bank us this, close the account whenever they want, not telling the reason, no worning , just they closed access to the account, even cannot get the phone calls...This is disgusting!!!!

I think the problem with the app is the fact that the bank just sucks therefore its services suck. What is the point of having an immediate transfer option that doesn't work the majority of the time? And if you call them they'll "send an email" and revert your money back to you so the whole urgent money transfer thing just won't happen. Find another bank. Trust me.
