This app is terrible . I have been Trying to Scan my ID for days . Firstly it doesn't open my camera ,the scanning page remains black until the app prompts me that "the Scan session is expired I should retry scanning" . I try scanning again, it does the same thing twice with 1 minute and something seconds intervals before it actually prompts me to scan the ID Manually. Manually scanning is successful but then on the image review page the "Use this Image" button is dead ,doesn't work . I am tired

This the most useless App for a modern bank. I just installed this App this month, because i was leaving the country. Everytime i want to open it, it writes service not available, maintenance. This so useless its good at advertising useless animals as though the app is for a certain lodge not a bank. Did you pay the developer of the app; sue the person for a useless job. Um uninstalling it to create space on my phone.

Have tried to load my ID but to no avail. Ha e gone for 2 days trying to log into my account but continues says weak Internet connection. Last time I had to delete and reinstall the App. May the developer simplify the app maybe its too much graphics that are making this a poor app.
