The app is a bit average for a banking app.. The interface was a well thought out idea and it makes it easier to navigate. The app is not seamlessly smooth which is going to need a lot of work, plus it tends to just buffer and show a white screen at times for absolutely no reason. All in all developer's dont need to reinvent the wheel just polish the app up. 2 stars from me for its convenience

The app won't allow me to use my fingerprint to login... Everytime I try to setup biometrics, it says there is no internet connection, I've tried on many different private networks and mobile data from all the available service providers... I use a Tecno Camon 20 Pro now and all my other devices worked great. Please fix this glitch

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I have three accounts with the bank but can only transact on two. The app has a facility to close accounts but none of my three accounts are listed or closable with this app. The app has a secure mailbox facility but this appears to serve no purpose other than to direct you to visit your nearest branch. If the bank is paying staff for this function their money would be better spent developing an automated bot.
