download this app to redeem a promo code for annual subscription but it didn't push through and it keeps on buffering/loading. update profile but bdate and gender aren't saving. tech team - FYI/A

the app is too slow and not working properly. the color is too strong for the eyes. sobrang sakit na po ng mata ko laging nagrerestart ng app because it wont respond properly.

maybe next time have your app detect if user is on wifi or data only and don't force us to update when on data only?
