This app is constantly down right when you need to use it. It’s incredibly embarrassing to be standing at the counter ready to pay, only for the app to go offline or crash. I bought vouchers that I now can't even redeem because of their technical issues. To make it worse, customer service completely ghosts you absolutely no response or help. Do not waste your money buying vouchers here if they can’t keep their app running or bother to reply to paying customers. Fix your servers and respond!

Worst Support. I bought a voucher, was charged, but the voucher did not reflect on my portal. I do a lot of follow ups but until now they haven't fixed it. Also, I cannot login now. I think their server is down at all times.

experienced several glitches! i bought a coulle of vouchers and it was not reflected in my account. i had to reach out to customer service 3 times. then i scanned my voucher only to get an error but the voucher was deducted from my account. and now i cannot access the vouchers i bought!!!
