About this app

No ads. No tracking. Fully open source.

Scrolless helps you reduce short-form video scrolling on apps like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Snapchat.

It is designed for people who want to spend less time on endless video feeds, improve focus, and take back control of their screen time without accounts, ads, analytics, or data collection.

Accessibility access is only used to identify supported short-form video screens and apply your selected blocking rules. Scrolless does not record, store, or transmit your screen content. All processing happens locally on your device.

Key features

* Block supported short-form video feeds
* Set daily time limits
* Use interval timers for controlled sessions and breaks
* Temporarily pause blocking when needed
* Show a live usage timer while scrolling
* View usage insights to understand your habits
* Works without an account
* No ads, analytics, tracking, or data collection
* Fully open source

Privacy and transparency

Scrolless is built to be transparent. The app is open source, so anyone can inspect how it works.

Your data stays on your device. Scrolless does not collect personal information, does not use analytics, and does not send your screen content anywhere.

Scrolless is for anyone who wants to reduce mindless scrolling, stay focused, and build healthier screen habits.

Take back control of your attention, one scroll less at a time.

It’s amazing, it doesn't work with YouTube revanced also there’s an app called DigiPaws that shows how many reels you’ve scrolled on the screen, which is really cool. I think that’s better than just showing screen time. If you can add something like that, it would be absolutely amazing.

It really helps putting a break on the constant dopamine injection that shorts and reels give. Even when I press one it automatically closes it and I get reminded that I should be avoiding shorts. Thanks.
