The app is bad, not user-friendly, and very badly made. Debit card has no tap, and I've gone to 2 places where there is only tap, so I couldn't use my card. Everytime there's been a 3rd party checking my account to verify is mine it has so many issues and doesn't go through. It says they send a notification to the bank and when I log in to the app, there is no message for me to approve to verify. Limited business hours. Just honestly, an overall bad experience with this bank, not only the app.

The app is clunky and just terrible. it cannot remember my username and puts a bunch of asterisks instead of the completion of the username. Yet it remembers my password which is a Huge security concern. No screenshots available in order to prove your balances or transfers or transactions. if for some reason it messes up my monthly car payment amount for no reason and has messed up that payment on multiple occasions even though it was automated. and there are many times that I can't even login.

Worst mobile banking experience I've ever seen! I have been continuously more and more frustrated with your "convenient mobile banking." First, the Android app has not received an update in over 3 years. Second, 80% of the time I try to get into the app, there is an "unknown error." Lastly, I was able to get in my truck, drive to the bank, and deposit a check more quickly than I could get into the app to do a mobile deposit. PLEASE do something to improve your mobile banking. I beg you!
