The app is clunky and just terrible. it cannot remember my username and puts a bunch of asterisks instead of the completion of the username. Yet it remembers my password which is a Huge security concern. No screenshots available in order to prove your balances or transfers or transactions. if for some reason it messes up my monthly car payment amount for no reason and has messed up that payment on multiple occasions even though it was automated. and there are many times that I can't even login.

Worst mobile banking experience I've ever seen! I have been continuously more and more frustrated with your "convenient mobile banking." First, the Android app has not received an update in over 3 years. Second, 80% of the time I try to get into the app, there is an "unknown error." Lastly, I was able to get in my truck, drive to the bank, and deposit a check more quickly than I could get into the app to do a mobile deposit. PLEASE do something to improve your mobile banking. I beg you!

The absolute worst-ever app imaginable. Uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled. Can't deposit checks past five days. Always says, "An error occurred. Please try your transaction again later." Customer service "can't comment" when I've called, or "don't know anything about it." The day I take my business elsewhere will bring me great relief.
