Useless app. New and improve your face. All I have from this "new" app is inconvenience and hassle. No records found when I register. I checked all details and everything is correct. I attempted multiple time and yet, no records found. Useless app. PS. After more than a month. I still cant access the app. Nobody cares about their customers. Really bad service.

App keeps malfunctioning. Just like most of the reviews here, I can login but can't use it for transactions AND it would temporarily block my account again and again. Then after troubleshooting steps (clear cache, uninstall-reinstall), you'll be put on a 24-hour cooling off period. Then the same issues will just loop. Customer service is the worst, just sending templates without comprehending or investigating.

I hate this banking app – 0/5 stars! My account keeps locking even with the right PIN, biometrics don’t work, and I can’t transfer money. I missed a bill payment last week and now have late fees. When I call customer service, I get stuck on verification steps, and they only say they’re "looking into it" with no fixes in sight. I have no choice but to use it since my company uses this bank.
