Ratings and reviews

Way too difficult to get it to connect with the headset. Bluetooth shows connected, but app struggles to connect; especially when managing the set from 2 devices. I also feel great pain with the fact this can only connect with one phone at a time (especially when the app has trouble connecting). The sound quality had drastically improved since the firmware updated. That's The only reason I haven't rated this a 1 star.

*edit* It's working fine now. The app suddenly stopped properly connecting with my Momentum 4 headphones. I can still use them just fine, but the app acts as if it doesn't recognize that they're synced with my phone and the app. After reinstalling the app I'm occasionally able to get it to properly work, but after a few seconds it screws up again. This is honestly really pathetic for a company like Sonova, no wonder so many people have been swearing off Sennheiser since the buy-out.

I've used this app for about 2 years, and now it's completely unusable. I can't connect my momentum wireless 4 through the app. It shows up when searching, yet it doesn't let me actually connect to them. When I connect them through the Bluetooth controls on my phone, it works... but none of the controls on the sennheiser app show up. This is super frustrating since this has never happened before till now. I've had some connection issues with this app before, but it has never been this bad..
