Honest, I don't like the new app at all! With this new app the appearance is bland, and not only that but we lost two really useful features from the original app. We lost the ability to login using the finger print scanner, as well as the ability to swipe for your balance without having to completely login. Both which made the app stand out and far better than any other prepaid cards application. And now not only dose it not stand out but it digressed tremendously!

Cannot load money -- Never had an issue until about a week ago. It gives error message, 'try back later' when trying to add money. Both the app and website. I've tried my phone, tablet and computer. Evidently since an update, a lot of people have been having issues. Hope it gets fixed soon, otherwise I will have to find a different prepaid card. It's no good if one cannot add money to the card.

Mirridian The Bold
I've been using serve for almost a decade and it's hard to say but I'm finally done with the service. The only reason why I am leaving is because of the updated app that rolled out months ago. The layout is unitive and bulky features that I used daily were removed, and i certainly don't want my name displayed in giant font for anyone to read from ten feet away. The old system was lean, modern and functional. After trying to deal with the change for months, I'm done.
