Ratings and reviews

By far the worst billing site I think I've dealt with in years. Can't remove old credit cards - no option to delete/remove! Only option is to add additional cards. Not user friendly at all. Unfortunately this is what you get with no competition, just like PG&E.

Forcing me to update to the new app, when the new app is not available yet? Which means there is no app at all because the current app won't start and the new app isn't there.

app doesn't work. even after reinstall closes at the start saying there is better version available
