the app is great when it works 50 percent of the time. it keeps saying error ... went to the actual website, and it states my account can't be found.. I called customer service and whoever was on the phone with me.. Just stated her name and then didn't say anything after that. Just... Hello, hello. I am still waiting on the phone by the way.. It would be super avoidable if the app would work.

kept prompting me there was an update, took me to the app in the play store, no update. finally had to uninstall and reinstall and it finally works again. looks the same. annoyed that it didn't update automatically or when prompted.

HORRIBLE! Frequently receive message apologizing that service is unavailable at this time. Even after successfully getting into account and "scheduling" a future payment, confirmation email states payment was for $0.00
