the app is great when it works 50 percent of the time. it keeps saying error ... went to the actual website, and it states my account can't be found.. I called customer service and whoever was on the phone with me.. Just stated her name and then didn't say anything after that. Just... Hello, hello. I am still waiting on the phone by the way.. It would be super avoidable if the app would work.

No access to the app. It shows up to date. As soon as the app opens, a prompt shows "Some error occurred". So, I am not sure what is happening. Is there another app that this company switched to?

It's an awesome app functionality wise. Great job Wash Gas. I rated it 3 stars cuz the 2nd time I tried 2 use it I kept getting notices it was temporarily unavailable. Message for Wash Gas, please fire your staff responsible for keeping the app running. This is the year 2023, not 1993, stuff should work. Your tech staff in charge of app are failing at their jobs, so get rid of them.
