the app is great when it works 50 percent of the time. it keeps saying error ... went to the actual website, and it states my account can't be found.. I called customer service and whoever was on the phone with me.. Just stated her name and then didn't say anything after that. Just... Hello, hello. I am still waiting on the phone by the way.. It would be super avoidable if the app would work.

After downloading the app, I tried to log in and it sent the verification to my email. Once I typed the numbers into the verification boxes it just spun never letting me get past the verification window. I uninstalled and reinstalled three times, all doing the same thing, spinning and never getting past the verification window

this app works just one time for payment and then the next month I got a message saying that the service was unavailable. when I checked to do an update there is no update. I have to go back to the old way of paying the bill because the app doesn't go past the login screen at all.
