if i could give zero stars, i would. I've been trying, off and on, to use this app since march and all i ever get is: some error occurred. nothing to direct me as to how to move forward or even what the error itself is, so it can be corrected. i was hopeful with the update, but nope. still "SOME error occured" . pretty sure you folks wouldn't accept that if that's how i responded instead of paying my bill.

9 out of 10 times the app shows an error message and will not open. Only option to access account is to get on the web and sign in through website. Completely useless for me.

terribly designed app!!! Apps are supposed to make bill payment EASIER!!! Way to many security features that make it more difficult to input the information needed. Do they want their money on time or not?
