App keeping loading once logged in, when I closed and tried again, it says service unavailable, how hard is it to make a functional app?

It was a 5-day process to create an account. From a technology aspect, the company needs to work on their app. The phone automated prompts also needs work. Once you get a human rep, the process is good. Fix the bug app. It wouldn't let me create an account. 4 stars due to technological issues in creating.an account.

The app is simple and easy to use. A huge upgrade over going online through the old portal. It allows for biometric login and multifactor authentication as well as easily viewing your bill without much fuss. It does what it needs to.
