Ratings and reviews

It's about time the gas company made an app. The app is not user-friendly. The home page is so confusing. The spot you have to add a payment method the expiration date part kept defaulting back to the date it had instead of keeping the info I put in. That spot should give the option to type it in as well instead of selecting from the calendar only. I would have given a better rating but the app was not put together very well.

the app doesn't show current readings. I see May and April, but nothing else. I also see a survey that I can't complete every time I login.

Haven't been able to sign in to do anything for several days... still says services are unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience.
