Enstar is definitely cutting costs and corners in their IT budget. Neither their App nor their site navigates smoothly and I frequently receive an "app crash notification" as well as when I use their site their pages freeze. This happens with no one except Enstar. I can't help but suspect that it is their subtle pressure for people to subscribe to Autopay. Two things. One, I don't trust them to get that right since they can't get this right. Two, sorry Enstar, I like to know the outgo.

It literally doesn't do anything. The finger ID login doesn't work. Already registered accounts have to register with the app, but all the app has on it is a registration form. Spent 15 minutes screwing with this thing for nothing. Doesn't show your bills, doesn't have any option to pay bills, doesn't show usage. Nothing.

Doesn't register finger print sign in without passwords and doesn't register changed information for almost 12 hours as far as passwords and other things go. Not even for customer service does it work right.
