Ratings and reviews

This app is still broken with phone data and hasn't been updated in 6+ months. Still haven't been able to check my account while on mobile data (but wi-fi works) since June 10th (& as of July 19th) after all the rain we got and all the power outages. The website is no better on my phone (no settings have been changed, no vpn,etc) and I keep getting Access Denied!! All I am trying to do is check my account once in a while between submitting each month's readings and bills,

08/22/26: my settings change on their own, and I can't change them back. first it randomly changed to email bills, had to change that back to paper bills. now it's changed to French communications. despite changing back to English, I'm still getting emails in French. 08/28/26: a week later and my emails are back to French again. terrible app.

I have set my language preference to English every single time I open the app. it always reverts to French. my emails are in French and need to be translated to English. its very frustrating! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success.
