I can't pay my bill, I have asked for this to be fixed, keep getting told it was, still won't work. I loved paying my bill on line, it was so easy before they updated. 😭 After 6th communication, still can't pay my bill online. Edited to say....still can't pay my bill online. Would love to go back to the old version. It worked great.

Logging into the app requires far more detailed information then I see as necessary. It's only an electric bill not a crypto currency account. Please simplify the login like it used to be. I personally don't think it needs to be quite that secure or difficult to pay a bill.

slow. slower than ever. it wont save my contact info. it wont save my phone as a trusted device. I have to have a code sent EVERY TIME I NEED TO LOG IN.
