Upgraded? This is the most frustrating update I've ever had in an app. It keeps forcing me to go to the web page to pay my bill, only for it to immediately say, go back to the app in an infinite cycle! Also I need to do 2 factor authentication EVERYTIME now! Garbage app.

IT WASN'T BROKEN!! YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO FIX IT!!! I used to be able to log in and pay my bill without much hassle. Now it's a huge pain. I don't need or want 2 factor authentication every single time I go to log in. PLEASE update the app to run like it used to.

Making the site more difficult to get to and having to click the type of account etc, while not having everything showing on the screen is time wasting and annoying
