I can't pay my bill, I have asked for this to be fixed, keep getting told it was, still won't work. I loved paying my bill on line, it was so easy before they updated. 😭 After 6th communication, still can't pay my bill online. Edited to say....still can't pay my bill online. Would love to go back to the old version. It worked great.

horrible do not download on phone. I hadn't realized where issues stemmed from but I have had 2 brand new phones have constant issues. it started draining battery even not in use, and made fingerprint stop working. as soon as deleted off both phones issues stopped redownload issues begin.... I recommend the website over the app. literally made one phone almost inoperable and wasn't until I put on new phone I realized that nppd app is issue.... locks account constantly.

Unfortunately, this is one of the few apps that won't allow auto fill for generic information like name, address and credit card information, which is pretty ridiculous! to have to manually input when paying my bill is just plain stupid. please fix it!
