I can't pay my bill, I have asked for this to be fixed, keep getting told it was, still won't work. I loved paying my bill on line, it was so easy before they updated. 😭 After 6th communication, still can't pay my bill online. Edited to say....still can't pay my bill online. Would love to go back to the old version. It worked great.

I like this app because is has two step verification and is an easy way to pay my bill . Also I can compare my power usage to last year and even though I only needed to use it once this year it can tell where power outages are happening.
