I can't pay my bill, I have asked for this to be fixed, keep getting told it was, still won't work. I loved paying my bill on line, it was so easy before they updated. 😭 After 6th communication, still can't pay my bill online. Edited to say....still can't pay my bill online. Would love to go back to the old version. It worked great.

App crashes consistently. Fingerprint login works only when it wants to, which isn't often. Extremely slow at the best of times. When I'm able to actually login and and not have it crash it does allow me to pay my bill.
