This app does not store payment information very well. I have to completely reenter my credit card because it would not allow me to make the payment with my credit card that it was supposed to have saved. I had to re-enter all the information as if I was adding the card on as a new card. Only then would it take the payment, the other problem was just out of the blue my password began to not work. I had to go to the hassle of redoing my password.

I have to re-enter my card info every single time. It is saving the card, however it ALWAYS declines but when I put it back in, it goes through. I dread having to pay this bill each month, not because of the money, but because of just how AWFUL the app is. It won't even let me put my card info in for auto pay. This app is terrible.

The UI sucks. I've managed to save a card to my account and it had expired. The same card number is not updating with new expiration, so have to type it in every time. Tried to add a different card and set as default to delete original card and readd, but this seemingly logical process also doesn't work. This gets 2 stars for being a poop app that does ultimately work to allow me to pay my bill, but it is still better than the experience of trying to pay water bill
