Previously, this app worked very well, but recently, it's not been working well at all. The billing section is particularly problematic. Autopay hasn't been working properly, and my payment wasn't made as scheduled. Luckily, I noticed the payment hadn't been made before the due date. Also, the link to view my monthly bill doesn't display my bill. This is all very disappointing since this app used to function quite well.

The UI sucks. I've managed to save a card to my account and it had expired. The same card number is not updating with new expiration, so have to type it in every time. Tried to add a different card and set as default to delete original card and readd, but this seemingly logical process also doesn't work. This gets 2 stars for being a poop app that does ultimately work to allow me to pay my bill, but it is still better than the experience of trying to pay water bill

Worst App Ever!! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I can't view any of my bills, new or old, because they won't open. I just tried to view my bill for this month and it just goes to a blank page saying no bill is available, yet my account is showing a balance that I know is not correct! Get with the program and update your app for your customers!!
