Great app, simple interface makes it easy to login, view my bill and make a payment. Quick note to the Developers, the verify payment screen has a glitch in which you can't see the populated values in each field. Looks like the line height is reduced by about 80%. I can share a screenshot if you tell me where to send it.

Previously, this app worked very well, but recently, it's not been working well at all. The billing section is particularly problematic. Autopay hasn't been working properly, and my payment wasn't made as scheduled. Luckily, I noticed the payment hadn't been made before the due date. Also, the link to view my monthly bill doesn't display my bill. This is all very disappointing since this app used to function quite well.

The UI sucks. I've managed to save a card to my account and it had expired. The same card number is not updating with new expiration, so have to type it in every time. Tried to add a different card and set as default to delete original card and readd, but this seemingly logical process also doesn't work. This gets 2 stars for being a poop app that does ultimately work to allow me to pay my bill, but it is still better than the experience of trying to pay water bill
