Worst aap ever made, i can't able to see my proper balance since 5 days gone🤦🤦 and for that reason not able to recharge properly too everytime just after refreshing doesn't showing real balance even raised a complained no response always server issue can't imagine how ppls are paying their electricity bills if this problem thier then i fully disagree from the smart meter system and from prepaid pay system. And suddenly they charged huge amount one time already paid.

The app is the symbol of the government and the company.😡. Worst app ever on play store. and people are asking if this app works offline..great joke. sad to know that this app doesn't work any how, with or without connection. And shameless management who even doesn't care at all.

very destructive app not showing my energy calculations from last 16-17 days after refreshing also it does not work what kind of service is providing these people after plying smart meter very destructive app
