Very disappointing experience with this app. The sign-in feature simply doesn’t work — I’m unable to log into my account at all. On top of that, the “Forgot Password” option is completely useless since I never receive the OTP on my registered mobile number. I have tried multiple times on multiple devices. This makes the app practically unusable. An official electricity app should be reliable, but this one is frustrating and poorly maintained. Please fix these issues as soon as possible.

Worst aap ever made, i can't able to see my proper balance since 5 days gone🤦🤦 and for that reason not able to recharge properly too everytime just after refreshing doesn't showing real balance even raised a complained no response always server issue can't imagine how ppls are paying their electricity bills if this problem thier then i fully disagree from the smart meter system and from prepaid pay system. And suddenly they charged huge amount one time already paid.

Why can't you guys fix this app? Trying to recharge for past couple of days and failing each time to do so. Initially the app itself wasn't opening and then it started saying owing to technical issues I cannot recharge my account. And on top of that, I have been getting reminders to recharge or else my connection will be disconnected soon. I mean, really? It has been more than 2 days, why can't you guys fix the app? Worst thing!
