Doesn't work with aspects of the modern mobile experience. You are forced to use a less secure password because you have to type the password in. You can't cut-and-paste it from as password manager and it doesn't allow password manager to manage it directly. I.e. it is very hard to use if you need to change anything associated to your account. That being said, once set up, it works. Just don't change anything once you do.

does not allow pasting in password, or using Samsung pass to fill password field. annoying when using large random generated passwords for safety. not sure why they ask for a review of the app when you sign in for the very first time of use, and have not had a chance to use it.

I went to order a delivery and had to pay my annual tank rental. I used my debit card and the money came out of my bank immediately, but your system did not update. It incorrectly still shows I owe a balance, so I am unable to order. This flaw in the system needs to be fixed. Utilities are too important for unnecessary delays.
