I cancelled budget billing through the app in December they gave me a negative balance, some how they turned it back on the next month I was unaware and thought I was paying my account to 0. looked this month they claimed I never turned it off and i accumulated this balance. said I had to call in to make the budget billing cancel official. I'm a single dad and this kind of stuff bs.

The app has definitely gotten better done their update but I still don't like my bill being correct high. Even though we've been trying everything we can to keep it low.

Why down an app, when you open the app, it automatically goes to the website to log in to see your account. Its best to use the website than the app.
