This is app is poorly designed, so much so that I couldn't even finish registering. You cannot copy/paste into the password fields. Also, if you forget to agree to the terms and conditions, there's no way to get the error message to go away to actually finish registration on the app. UGI, for as much as I pay for my gas bill, I'm pretty sure you can afford to pay a designer to create a better app experience. Until then, this is getting uninstalled.

I cancelled budget billing through the app in December they gave me a negative balance, some how they turned it back on the next month I was unaware and thought I was paying my account to 0. looked this month they claimed I never turned it off and i accumulated this balance. said I had to call in to make the budget billing cancel official. I'm a single dad and this kind of stuff bs.

The app has definitely gotten better done their update but I still don't like my bill being correct high. Even though we've been trying everything we can to keep it low.
