Ratings and reviews

App is quite difficult to navigate, given that many links and clicks do not arrive at the expected place. Program details are hard to access, again see the links not working. I also dislike the use of clear pseudoscience to attempt to create diagnoses or recommendations that may create more harm than do good (given that it's based on a self-reported dataset, this is especially aggravating). The lack of integration with tracking devices is silly. Overall poor design, limited useful content.

Required to use this app for my company's HSA reward money. Once they smarten up and move us elsewhere, I'll gladly uninstall. Does not connect to Google Fit and support tells me it's unnecessary because it can use other tracking. The app itself falls woefully short tracking correct steps. Daily, I have to manually add in my actual steps. Continually pops up notifications reminding me it's tracking my steps. The actual usage of the app is not intuitive. Definitely a lot of UX to fix.

CarMax changed from Engage to this application. So far it's a downgrade. Similar information is there but download and hyperlinks do not work. For instance I'm unable to download my insurance card. That's all with giving the app all permissions it's asked for. Also it does not recognize activities to redeem reward points. With the Engage app this was seamless and it did not make us jump through hoops to basically get 3000 points which equate to $300 in gift cards or other items.
