One of the worst E-com services. I ordered an item, they delivered the same brand but totally different features than the description. It took them five days to pick the items up after I called many times, emailed and sent WhatsApp messages. Then received no feedback or follow up for another two days until I called up again to follow up. They simply said " you will receive the refund in four working days" So two weeks to sort it out after I made so many follow ups..

worst app ever ! bad quality products, waste of money and also exhausting to deal with the delivery guy...first and last time to order again !!!!!!!!!

Stupid add.. always giving "Error" message for many month's now ! Tried clearing the data & cache & even reinstalling the app.. then the app worked fine for 1 day and next day wen I wanted to place my order, the error message came again.. & that's been happening not just for me but also for most sheeel user's i know. Also this issues happens in both my mobile phone (Samsung S23 ultra, Note 10) accounts as well as on my wife's mobile (S22) as well. So it's not a unique incident as they claim
