one of the worst apps I've ever seen. It takes 15-30 mins of registration. Most of the time it doesn't make connections to the server I guess. So, try and try and try. I've installed the app 27 minutes it's happened many times. And now it has been loading for about 3 minutes to complete my registration. So, I made the comment what it disurbe.

Please upgrade the payment system for each and every way that has been given there. And also please change the requirement when someone fails for the payment. Remove the barrier from there which is 15 mins. If a payment fails then do something different so that people also can buy tickets immediately instead of waiting for 15 mins. I think no one will see this review but thanks in advance.

Worst experience. I have tried to register several times over the past few months. I submit my NID details, complete the robot test, and then a form appears for under-18 registration using a birth certificate. My birth year (2003) cannot be selected because it is over 18. I am already over 18, so why does the under-18 form appear after entering my NID details? Instead of completing the process, this useless form keeps showing up. Please fix this issue
