This is an absolutely very bad app. The ticket-buying experience was horrific. Tickets were shown as available, but when I clicked on them, they appeared not available. I couldn't purchase a single ticket even after trying for three days. This app is good for black marketers or syndicates, but not good for general people. It needs improvement.

It would be much more convenient if passengers could cancel individual tickets from a multiple-ticket booking instead of having to cancel the entire booking. For example, if three tickets are booked together, there should be an option to cancel just one ticket without canceling all three. Adding this feature would greatly improve the booking experience for passengers.

I had a very bad experience trying this, I logged in but it asks me to log in again after a while. To purchase a ticket, you need an OTP, and that doesn't come on time. You can't even change your phone number, it's a government app.Still, why are there so many problems with apps?
