I purchased tickets for a very long time using one sim through the app and now suddenly I can't do so anymore. It doesn't work, the app constantly crashes. I can't re-register, can't verify and not even purchase tickets without registering the number from the physical counter anymore. Really, how much suffering do you need us to go through this app and so called new system? Do you guys not even have any planning team or IT members to solve the problem?

Please upgrade the payment system for each and every way that has been given there. And also please change the requirement when someone fails for the payment. Remove the barrier from there which is 15 mins. If a payment fails then do something different so that people also can buy tickets immediately instead of waiting for 15 mins. I think no one will see this review but thanks in advance.

Apparently i'm happy with this app though it need to be improved more. User interface is quite simple. Train track option should be included. Unfortunately there are lots of other "rail sheba" app in play store which makes people confusing to find the real one. Try to uplift the position of this app while searching. Moreover you can put some "trademark" on this app logo.
