Apps interface is so good and legging less easy & friendly interface. This is the perfect solution for online rail tickets. The main problem is Bangladesh rail refunds policy’s, I was paid by credit card, but Somehow I cancel my ticket and Applied for refund but this system took almost 2 month to get refunds. Also several times have calling railway and bank call center for refund. When I called/mailed to railway they siad its took only 7 days but bank said they took 30 working days for refund.

User interface is quite simple and loading time smooth enough. NID verification is the time-befitting demand. Train tracking option needed to be included. Try to fix the station name issue. On top of that, while searching the name of this app in the play store we find a lot of fake similiar apps. Keep an eye on this issue too. This app indeed a positive approach but its need major improvement.

1. First of all, the most annoying thing is that we can't purchase more than one ticket. Why? Come on, guys! There are multiple reasons why a person might need to buy multiple tickets. Someone might need a return ticket for the same day, or they might miss a train and need to purchase another ticket. There are many other valid reasons to allow the purchase of multiple tickets. I think you should at least allow 3-5 tickets per person. 2. You should also add a train tracking system.
