Ratings and reviews

Terrible customer service. My account has a 2-step verification on it, but everytime I try to login it doesn’t send my code to my phone. I had to reset my password and still no luck. I tried to contact Administration, but they kept telling me to login to account a speak with a support advisor. Umm I can't login geniuses. That's the whole ordeal I'm having. I seem to speak with a live person because everything is automated. So because of this I can't access my account now. Thanks a lot Shopify.

app is ok, the widget constantly switches to saying unauthorized, until I load the main app then it works correctly for a while. checked after the update and it's still messed up actually it's a bit worse as I get the following error when logging in Error 403: disallowed_useragent I've also cleared all data/cache and uninstalled, and on reinstall the behavior is the same.

My homepage has no tabs anymore, my speed score hasn't updated in 4 days, when I try to open an app or add a new one, I get an error page and more... I've been having various issues for about a couple of months and the fact that THE MONTHLY BILL IS HIGHER doesn't help when you're taking away features and having issues. I've tried communicating with support which is only through chat and not via phone like it was before and nothing. I will definitely explore other options for my store very soon
