I like that this app includes all the little exercises that develop stabilizing muscles. So many apps ignore these little exercises. This app also gradually increases in difficulty so you're always challenged. I have bad knees and I'm able to do this.

I have been using it since the April. Performing 190 squats with ease now I can even perform pistol squats. For sure best app to build your legs and compliance to app is easy. (only if you want to.) The changes are visible. Reviewing after 5months (~7000 squats) Thanks for helping me in boosting my confidence. I can wear shorts while going out.🤘🏿only thing that bothers is advertisements but thats okay. Kindly check the spellings in instructions there are plenty of mistakes.

I really like this app. It comes with warm up exercises that are crucial. Didn't expect warm up exercises, I love them. Reps are broken down with rest in between. I'll be doing 300 and more in no time.
