Brilliant app! If only the water and vegetable trackers could be automated based on your tracked input. (Eg I've already input that I ate a carrot, so why not add it to your 5-a-day counter? Or when I had a medium cup of tea, add that to the water total) Then it would be UNTOUCHABLE without the need for a second water tracker app. (You could also increase the water target when the 'calories burned' increases, making that target a lot more accurate)
I'm pretty upset that I paid for this app. The calorie logging feature is useless. When you search foods, change serving sizes, ect, it's almost as if the app is just making up whatever it wants. If I wanted to search Google for accurate info to log on ever meal, I would not have bought an app.

Its great at tracking items and adding items you eat. Cons: doesn't save favorite recipes in its own tab. When I like one and want to go back to it i have to search for it and half the time I don't remember what it was called. Has basic workouts to log. I lift weights a lot more than running or something that tracks in minutes. If it had the ability to log say "leg press/3 sets 10 reps" then this app would be better. Advice to creator: create a favorites recipe tab, and better workout selection to input.
This app works well enough. It has a barcode scanner and most foods are searchable. You can easily create your own foods, meals and recipes. I use it for Keto, so I paid to upgrade to access that portion. Once in the "premium" section, I found out that I cannot change my macros inside the keto plan. So, I've ended up using the classic diet (the free version) so I can tweak my protein and fat macros. Also, this app does not figure net carbs. All in all, it works, there are just a few tweaks I think that could be made to the "premium" paid section.
