It's very straightforward and, if you're able to stay honest with yourself and commit to using the app, it can help you structure out your diet, exercise, and water intake. The simple act of keeping track of all of this has made a big difference in my life; I've lost fat, gained muscle, and people are starting to notice. It's wonderful, and has even helped me maintain (for the most part) my fitness while traveling. I think this is a great app for anyone who's ready to start improving their mental, physical, and spiritual health.
It's a great app. The design is great, way better than MyFitnessPal. I just wish that it can record exercise reps and sets to more accurately calculate the calorie count instead of the time.
