Good but bad It's a good app...it's unfortunate that it doesn't show how much fibre, salt, sugar etc you consume unless your a gold member. Even a lot of the other free apps show it. In my opinion it should show all nutritional value as a basic app. If this changes I will Re rate 5 stars. I really like the app but this one thing really let's it down...come on Dev team plz sort this and let me Re rate this its deserving 5 stars
Great weight-loss diary Measure your waist, arms, chest etc. and weigh yourself. Account your calories and daily, weekly, monthly progress. Great diary.
It's okay I gave it a try for a week...and missed the functionality that MyFitnessPal has...apparently lifesum offers the same things but you have to pay for them... So I'm going back to MyFitnessPal...
Thank you The people were quick and helpful at resolving problems. The app is really good so far. Love how it tracks water and food. I also love how it gives you calorie ranges for each meal and snacks. This makes it less daunting trying to break up the calories in the day. I also like the recipes. I haven't tried any yet but they look interesting. For gold membership it's actually pretty cheap.
Interface Needs Work Good app. Gets it done. The interface could use some work. Moving through the days one by one is a bit of a hassle, and custom calories and categories are weird. I click on "baguettes and bagels" but baguettes aren't even listed under it? What!? Also, Google Fit estimates the number of calories I burn just by being alive. You only count my workouts, which isn't that relevant when I'm calculating my progress.
Good app but wont sync with s health I really like this app but im having issues getting my meals to sync from s health to the app and vice versa. Can u please fix this so when i add a meal to s health it syncs to lifesum. It would be a 5 star app if this worked.
