3.5 stars out of 5 This is a good app but was hoping for a little more I guess...synced my S Health/gear fit and check all boxes but the app isn't syncing my steps I take through the day to the app, along with the calories I've burned. Noticed it tracks steps taken with a jawbone so why not my gear fit? Why would it only give me options to track exercises?! This is very frustrating and reason of the 3.5 stars. Also would be nice if you could suggest meals right before eating and the app would factor how it would effect diet
Poor customer service I am giving one star because I have been asking Lifesum for help connecting the app to Endomondo and three times I got emails stating to go into LS and connect to EM with no helpful details and they kept repeating this same response to me, despite my telling them that there is a PROBLEM doing it. I swear it's like talking to a wall!! Nor will they refund my money. Terrible customer support!!
Can't change water amount. Maybe I've just failed to figure it out but they only give 2 options for amounts of water. All I want is to measure it in 8 oz! Please help.
Good app! Used to be mediocre with lot of bugs but now it become better than my fitness pal! Not everywhere, DB is still smaller but keep improving daily. Also widget will be nice thing to have, but anyways, best calories and sports tracker for Android. Considering premium just to support developers
Good but still needs work Great design, simple to use, but not a lot or food entries like MyFitnessPal. Couldn't find a lot of food data and when scanned a product by barcode the food entry was incorrect so I had to change some of the data.
Suggestions to make paying worth it For the most part I really like the app. There are however a few additions that would make the cost more worth it. First I would like to customize my water bottle size. I have a 22 oz bottle and no matter which setting I use I am not tracking accurately. Second I would like to see the whole 30 become one of the diets. Third the ability to track time of and add notes to meals and exercises would be very useful.
